Need help using an article or material?
If you cannot sign in, open a member material or receive its PDF, work through the checks below. You can also find the contact address if the problem continues.
If you cannot sign in
Members should use the email address used for their membership. Enter the six-digit email code on the sign-in screen that requested it, within ten minutes. If the code does not arrive, check the address you entered and your spam folder.
If a member material or PDF will not open
First, check the email address and member access shown in your account. If the status cannot be loaded, do not conclude that your membership has ended; try the on-screen check-again action.
Save the practical guide PDF using “Download the English PDF” on the material page. You do not need the print dialog. Return to the member library if you need to find the material again.
If you want to report an article issue
For an unclear explanation or an error, include the article URL, heading and the part that caused trouble. You do not need to send photographs of real people or their release documents.
